格隆汇4月30日丨港誉智慧城市服务(00265.HK)公告，于2025年4月30日，公司与东胜房地产订立抵销协议，据此，公司已有条件同意以接纳东胜房地产向公司或指定实体转让该等物业的方式，抵销部分未结应收款。抵销协议各订约方承认并确认，就集团向东胜房地产及╱或其关连公司提供(i)物业管理；及(ii)推广、活动策划及咨询服务的未结应收款，于2024年12月31日仍未清偿及应由东胜房地产支付的金额约人民币50,100,000元，其中约人民币13,700,000元已拖欠超过一年。
公司已有条件同意通过以接纳由东胜房地产向公司或指定实体转让该等物业的方式，抵销部分未结应收款约人民币6,520,000元。
该等物业包括五(5)个办公单位物业，总建筑面积约1,014平方米，位于中国河北省石家庄市桥西区吉恒街9号东胜紫御府（馨苑）办公楼3-15、16号（又名为裕西公园东胜紫御公园广场15A栋及16B栋）。
董事认为，通过订立抵销安排，集团(i)即时减低与未结应收款有关的信贷风险；及(ii)得益于潜在的资本增值及未来租金收入来源，其将改善集团未来的整体财务状况。
