0142 GMT - Mapletree Logistics Trust faces risks from the protracted trade war, UOB Kay Hian's Jonathan Koh says in a research report. Management cautioned that this could impact demand for warehouse space, hence reducing occupancy and rental rates, the analyst notes. Also, management expects negative rental reversion in China to continue at high-single-digits, possibly for another four quarters in FY 2026, the analyst adds. The brokerage cuts its FY 2026-2027 distribution-per-unit forecasts for the REIT by 4%, partly due to continued negative rental reversion in China. It trims the unit's target price to S$1.31 from S$1.35, with an unchanged hold rating. Units are 0.9% lower at S$1.12. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
