智通财经APP讯，同道猎聘(06100)发布公告，由于大部分于2020年3月31日授出的购股权因雇员离职而失效，仅有一名合资格现有承授人仍持有10万份发行在外的购股权。于2025年4月30日，考虑到相关已授出购股权的行使价持续高于股份现行市价，且相关已授出购股权不能达到激励合资格现有承授人的目的，董事会决议注销合共10万份已授出购股权，并向合资格现有承授人提呈授出合共10万份购股权作为替代。
