American Battery Technology (ABAT) said Tuesday it received a letter of interest from the Export-Import Bank of the United States for a $900 million financing for its lithium project.
The funding, if realized, would help the construction of a lithium mine and a 30,000 tonne lithium hydroxide a year refinery on its Nevada Tonopah Flats Lithium Project site, the company said.
The letter does not constitute a financing commitment, it added.
