智通财经APP讯，佳兆业健康(00876)公布，于2025年4月30日，公司的间接全资附属深圳达逸臻科技有限公司拟向深圳盈都科技有限公司收购珠海金镒铭股权投资基金合伙企业(有限合伙)的有限合伙权益约3.4904%，总代价为人民币8000万元。
据悉，有限合伙企业的投资目标是通过投资于资讯科技、优质医疗健康产业的股权及股权相关证券，实现长期资本增值。有限合伙企业的投资对象为消费升级及产业升级领域的市场领先企业。有限合伙企业的投资授权主要涵盖美容及化妆品、生鲜食材及饮料、家居消费品及物流、医疗及健康服务、人工智能及自动化等各式健康领域的股权投资。
于本公布日期，该集团拥有有限合伙企业约5.5096%的有限合伙权益。经考虑(i)有限合伙企业的投资重点为优质医疗及健康产业，与集团的投资策略一致;(ii)普通合伙人拥有丰富的投资及基金管理经验;及(iii)自集团于2022年收购有限合伙企业约5.5096%的有限合伙权益以来，有限合伙企业一直为集团带来可观的回报，董事会相信收购有限合伙企业的额外有限合伙权益将令集团更能把握投资机遇，并产生更高的潜在投资回报。
