智通财经APP讯，利时集团控股(00526)发布公告，由于旧租赁协议将会于2025年5月31日到期，因此，于2025年4月30日，公司的全资附属公司利时日用品(作为承租人)与利时电器(作为出租人)订立新租赁协议，内容有关续租该物业，由2025年6月1日起为期3年，至2028年5月31日届满，有关月租为人民币68.4万元(旧租赁协议：人民币63.5万元)。
该物业指位于中国宁波市鄞州区投资创业中心诚信路518号的物业，包括工厂及宿舍，为新租赁协议的标的。
