【报道：央国企券商限薪300万元已经开启】金十数据4月30日讯，记者从包括券商高管在内的多位券商人士处了解到，央国企券商限薪300万元已经开启，其他员工薪酬按照职级梯度设置。此轮监管引导券业降薪之前，券商高管薪酬不少在500万元乃至千万元以上。实际上，从券商2024年报所披露的高管薪酬来看，大多数券商薪酬已经降至300万元以内。在截至4月27日披露年报的内资券商中，董事长或总经理薪酬超过300万元的仅剩东方财富、华鑫股份、第一创业3家。其中，东方证券董事长其实年薪最高为501.98万元。不过，东方财富是以金融信息服务商起步的互联网券商，其是否在券业限薪范围内有待讨论。
