联华超市(00980)发布公告，于2025年4月29日，世纪联华卢湾(公司的附属公司，作为租户)与申达集团(作为业主)及星海时尚(作为业主的授权经营管理人)订立斜土租赁协议，据此，申达集团及星海时尚同意向世纪联华卢湾出租斜土物业，作为大型综合超市及地下停车库使用，租赁期限自2025年5月1日至2030年4月30日止(包括首尾两天)。

据悉，斜土物业为上海市黄浦区斜土路645号底楼101室、102室和2、3楼整层的房屋，总租赁面积为12,390.91平方米(用作商场经营);及上海市黄浦区斜土路645号地下一层，总租赁面积为4,842.90平方米(用作地下停车库)。
