汇丰控股(00005.HK) 表示，由于交通银行(03328.HK) 计划向财政部发行A股不超过1,200亿元人民币，估计在发行完成后，在交行的持股比例将从19.03%下降至约16%，导致于收益表中确认金额介乎12亿美元至16亿美元的除税前亏损。
汇控指，由于持有交行的股份作长线投资，亏损不能在税务上获得扣减，预计亏损不会对资本比率或分派能力产生重大影响，并将被视为重要须予注意项目，不会计入股息派付比率，未来会继续按比例确认计入联营公司收益的应占交行利润或亏损。
