消息面上，4月28日，CG Oncology在美国泌尿外科学会年会上公布了溶瘤病毒疗法Cretostimogene(CG0070)单药治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌（NMIBC）三期临床BOND-3的最新数据。受消息影响，CG Oncology当天股价大涨25%。据悉，CG0070的大中华区权益由乐普生物引入。
此外，乐普生物发布公告，公司自主研发的候选药物MRG003的关键注册性IIb期研究结果入选2025年美国临床肿瘤学会年会的重磅研究摘要(LBA)，并将于会上进行口头报告。太平洋证券指出，MRG003是乐普生物研发的EGFR靶向ADC，鼻咽癌适应症NDA已获CDE的正式受理，并纳入优先审评，有望在2025年底或者2026年初获批，成为国内首款商业化的EGFR ADC。
