智通财经APP讯，纷美包装(00468)发布公告，于本公告日，致同咨询尚未完成2月28日公告所述及的调查，须进一步收集证据资料以完成调查报告;及根据4月17日公告，公司近期变更特别调查委员会的组成，新的特别调查委员会成员亦需更多时间了解调查事项及与致同咨询沟通。有鉴于与调查有关的前述未决事项，致同核数师未能于2025年4月30日之前完成对集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的全年业绩的审核，公司需进一步延迟董事会会议;刊发2024年全年业绩的日期及寄发2024年年报的日期。
公司正与致同咨询及致同核数师密切合作，目标是解决未完成的工作并尽快完成审核2024年全年业绩。于本公告日期，考虑到目前的情况，预计2024年全年业绩将于2025年6月13日之前刊发，但须待完成与核数师协定的所有审核工作及解决上述所有未决事项。
