消息面上，中船防务今日将举行董事会会议，以审议集团截至2025五年3月31日止三个月未经审计的一季度报告及其他事宜（如有）。该公司此前发布一季度业绩预增公告，预计2025年第一季度实现归属于母公司所有者的净利润人民币1.7亿元到2亿元，同比增加1005.77%到1200.91%。方正证券此前指，公司是中船集团旗下大型骨干造船企业和国家核心军工生产企业，在手订单充足，盈利能力有望随高价船交付稳定兑现。
