智通财经APP获悉，泰凌医药(01011)早盘涨超30%后快速转跌，午后跌幅扩大至24%，全天振幅已超60%。截至发稿，跌23.28%，报0.445港元，成交额1545.37万港元。
消息面上，泰凌医药公布，向8名独立第三方间接收购浙江康源医疗器械58.11%股权，代价1.16亿人民币(约1.24亿港元)，将透过发行2.74亿股代价股支付，发行价0.45港元，较上一交易日收盘价折让22.41%。公司午间发布澄清公告称，收购公告中有关披露中国经营公司的财务资料数字单位应为人民币，而非该公告所披露的人民币千元。
