路透4月29日 - 商业内幕》（Business Insider）周二援引知情人士的话报道称，特斯拉正在内华达州招聘一千多名新员工，因为这家电动汽车生产商希望提高其迟迟未能量产的Semi卡车的产量。
本周一，特斯拉在YouTube上发布了一段视频，宣布将于2025年底在内华达州斯帕克斯的Gigafactory (link) 开始生产首批电动卡车。该工厂的年产量将达到 50,000 辆。
