智通财经APP讯，协合新能源(00182)公布，于2025年4月30日，公司全资附属金湖协合和兴业金租协定融资租赁安排A：金湖协合和兴业金租订立协议，追认金湖协合与天津华兴购买价A约为人民币2.33亿元的原订采购协议，并确认设备所有权归属于兴业金租;及金湖协合和兴业金租订立融资租赁协议A，据此，兴业金租于租赁期A内将设备租回予金湖协合，而金湖协合需每半年支付租赁款A。租赁款总额将约为人民币2.85亿元。
同日，金湖协合和兴业金租协定融资租赁安排B，据此，兴业金租向金湖协合购买配套设施，购买价B约为人民币2.24亿元，并于租赁期B内将配套设施租回予金湖协合，而金湖协合需每半年支付租赁款B。 租赁款总额将约为人民币2.75亿元。
公司将于该等融资租赁安排下产生约人民币4.572亿元的款项，将用作一般业务营运及活动。
