智通财经APP讯，思城控股(01486)发布公告，董事会已批准，并根据购股权计划条款在经相关承授人同意后注销2210万份尚未行使的购股权，自2025年4月29日起生效。
公司拟以供股方式筹集所得款项总额最高约1440万港元(扣除开支前)，按认购价每股供股股份0.10港元发行不超过1.44亿股供股股份，供股基准为合资格股东于记录日期结束营业时每持有2股现有股份获发1股供股股份。供股仅向合资格股东提呈，且将不会提呈予除外股东(如有)。
供股所得款项净额估计不超过约1380万港元。
此外，董事会建议将每手买卖单位由2000股更改为10000股，自2025年5月23日(星期五)上午九时正起生效。
