BlockBeats 消息，4 月 30 日，据 CryptoNews，俄罗斯反洗钱机构 Rosfinmonitoring 计划推动将非法加密货币挖矿定为刑事犯罪，并已获得财政部、中央银行及公民商会支持。副局长 German Neglyad 表示，该提案旨在打击非法挖矿协助犯罪分子洗钱的行为，相关法律修正案正在准备中。
目前，俄罗斯仅在 9 个地区冬季禁止挖矿，伊尔库茨克部分地区禁令持续至 2031 年，但非法挖矿尚未纳入刑法，仅以电力盗窃等罪名处罚。
