英国重大欺诈调查局（SFO）周三（2025年4月30日）宣布启动一项涉及数百万英镑的国际贿赂案调查，同步在伦敦、肯特等四地突击搜查5处房产，并逮捕3名嫌疑人。此次调查直指英国建筑公司Blu-3与全球工程巨头Mace集团前高管之间的可疑交易。

　　SFO的调查目标是英国公司Blu-3和全球建筑公司Mace Group的前合伙人。该行动包括摩纳哥当局今天在SFO的协助下搜查了一名嫌疑人的住所。

　　Blu-3公司的一位嫌疑人涉嫌向关联方、Mace Group的前同事支付超过300万英镑的贿赂，以获取为科技巨头微软在荷兰建造数据中心的合同。

　　SFO局长尼克·埃夫格雷夫QPM强调：“商业贿赂破坏金融市场秩序、损害英国企业声誉，我们绝不容忍。此次行动表明，无论腐败发生在国内还是海外，SFO都将采取迅速而严厉的打击措施。”

　　本案牵涉微软全球数据中心建设链，恐引发科技基建领域合规审查潮。Mace集团紧急声明称将全力配合调查。
