智通财经APP获悉，满贯集团(03390)早盘涨超30%，截至发稿，涨25%，报0.5港元，成交额1547.11万港元。
消息面上，满贯集团公布，向雅各臣科研制药(02633)发行9400万股新股，相当于扩大后股本10.51%；每股作价0.5港元，较上一交易日收盘价溢价25%。配售事项所得款项净额4,670万港元，拟用作投资核心业务以及一般营运资金。完成后，雅各臣科研共计持有公司股本16.84%。
值得注意的是，满贯集团4月16日股价暴跌逾90%。公司发布声明称，4月16日，主席兼控股股东王嘉俊最终控制的Tycoon Empire所持1.29亿股，因股价大幅下跌而被股票经纪强制出售。董事会确认，集团业务经营保持正常及业务经营及财务状况并无重大变动。
