Dana's Q1 Adjusted Net Income, Revenue Fall; Full-Year 2025 Net Income Guidance Revised

Dana (DAN) reported Q1 adjusted net income Wednesday of $0.13 per diluted share, down from $0.26 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.17.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $2.35 billion, down from $2.74 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.3 billion.

The company revised its full-year 2025 adjusted net income guidance to $1.15 to $1.65 per diluted share from its prior guidance of $1.40 to $1.90. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.27.

The company's shares were up almost 4% in recent premarket trading on Wednesday.
