智通财经APP讯，复星医药(02196)发布公告，近日，本公司控股子公司复宏汉霖与 Sandoz AG 签订《合作与许可协议》，由复宏汉霖授予 Sandoz AG 于许可区域(即美国、约定的欧洲地区<42 个欧洲国家>、日本、澳大利亚及加拿大)及许可领域(即约定参比制剂于许可区域内各国家获批上市的适应症)开发、生产及商业化其在研产品 HLX13(即重组抗 CTLA-4 全人单克隆抗体注射液)的权利。
HLX13(重组抗 CTLA-4 全人单克隆抗体注射液)系复宏汉霖自主研发的伊匹木单抗生物类似药，拟用于治疗黑色素瘤、肾细胞癌、结直肠癌、肝细胞癌、非小细胞肺癌、恶性胸膜间皮瘤及食管鳞状细胞癌。截至本公告日期(即 2025 年 4 月 29 日，下同)，HLX13 于中国境内(不包括港澳台地区)处于 I 期临床研究阶段。
