Berto Acquisition (TACOU) priced its initial public offering of 26.1 million units at $10 per unit, the company said late Tuesday.
The underwriter has a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3.9 million units.
Berto Acquisition, which is a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by businessperson Harry You, may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any industry or sector, the company said.
The units debuted on Nasdaq Wednesday, and are up 2% in recent trade compared with the IPO price of $10.
The offering is expected to close May 1.
