智通财经APP获悉，赤子城科技(09911)再涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.62%，报7.7港元，成交额4489.05万港元。
消息面上，赤子城科技此前宣布，2025年第一季度，集团社交业务平均月活达约3283.5万，环比增长约3.4%；期内集团社交业务总收入预期将录得约13.45亿元人民币至13.95亿元，同比增长约39.1%至44.3%。集团社交业务收入同比大幅增长主要归因于集团借助AI技术推动多样化社交产品快速增长。
值得注意的是，近日，赤子城科技高级副总裁及高级秘书宋明亮表示，集团自2017年起打入中东市场，至今已在当地市场占集团逾一半的生意份额。集团正物色到欧洲及日本市场去寻求并购机会，借此提升收入的空间。宋明亮指出，目前集团来自中东及泛东亚市场的业务分别占逾一半及25%的业务比重。集团非常有潜力到欧洲及日本物色收购，认为这些市场的移动互联网未赋予用户更多情感价值，同时有空间去接入更多消费内容及多元化的项目，经集团改造后产生更大效益。
