北京汽车(01958)发布公告，决议分别改聘安永会计师事务所(安永)及安永华明会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)(安永华明)为公司截至2025年12月31日止年度的国际核数师及境内审计师(建议委任)，任期自公司应届年度股东会结束时起生效，直至(i)下届年度股东会结束;及(ii)公司于任何股东会上通过决议撤销或更改建议委任(两者以较早者为准)时止，惟须待公司股东于应届年度股东会上批准后，方可作实。
