全球最大资产管理公司贝莱德的首席执行官拉里・芬克（Larry Fink）目前认为欧洲有很多机会，不是尽管存在全球经济不确定性，而恰恰是因为这种不确定性。

　　特朗普的贸易政策动摇了许多投资者和企业对美国的信心。美元正在贬值，人们开始寻找其他替代市场。芬克称，这可能会让欧洲受益。

　　“从短期来看，欧洲肯定会成为受益者之一，这从资金流向就可以看出，资金正从美国流向欧洲大陆。”他在接受采访时表示。然而，要让欧洲从长远来看也能从中受益，还需要进行一些改革。

　　“我衡量欧盟未来发展能力的主要标准是，它是否最终能够建立起真正的资本市场联盟和真正的银行业联盟，以及是否能够削减过度的官僚主义并加快审批程序。”他表示，目前欧洲 “并非创业的最佳之地”。

　　芬克表示，欧洲的政治家们现在对美国取得成功的因素有了更好的理解。尤其是初创企业，“如今的科技巨头都是从微小的初创企业发展而来的，这些初创企业在实现快速增长的过程中能够顺利获得足够的资金。”

　　芬克称：“若我执掌欧盟决策权，资本市场与银行联盟建设将是绝对优先事项。”
