0904 GMT - TotalEnergies' first-quarter shareholder distributions aren't covered by organic free cash flow, Morgan Stanley analysts write. Organic free cash flow over the period was around $2.5 billion and is not enough to cover the roughly $4 billion quarterly buyback and dividend payments, the analysts write. TotalEnergies said it would buy back up to $2 billion of shares over the next three months and declared a dividend of 0.85 euros a share. Shares trade down 3.7% at 50.42 euros.
