一图解码：赛力斯扭亏后冲击港股 开启“A+H”征程 问界系列交付量飙升
4月28日，赛力斯向港交所递交了招股书，计划在主板挂牌上市；由中金公司和中国银河国际担任联席保荐人。据资料显示，赛力斯前身“小康股份”于2016年在上交所上市，股票代码为601127；同年，小康股份全面转型至新能源汽车领域，并于2022年正式更名为赛力斯集团。若此次顺利登陆港交所，赛力斯将实现“A+H”股两地上市。
赛力斯是以新能源汽车为核心业务的技术科技型企业，主要业务涉及新能源汽车及核心三电等产品的研发、制造、销售及服务。赛力斯具备经市场充分验证的打造受用户喜爱产品的能力。于2021年赛力斯推出核心品牌问界。自问界推出以来，旗下车型销售快速增长，颠覆了国内豪华车格局。截至目前，赛力斯已经成功推出问界M5、问界M7、问界M8和问界M9四款车型。
根据弗若斯特沙利文报告，问界品牌在2024年下半年以82%的NPS净推荐值登顶新能源汽车口碑榜首，且2024年问界品牌全年总交付量达38.71万辆，同比增长268%。
业绩方面，截至2024年12月31日止年度，赛力斯录得收入约1451.14亿元人民币(单位下同)，同比增长约305.5%；股东应占利润约59.46亿元，上年同期则录得亏损约24.50亿元。
