智通财经APP讯，康臣药业(01681)发布公告，于2025年4月28日，国家药品监督管理局发布《中药保护品种公告(第25号 )( 2025年第45号)》，其中载列集团的产品益肾化湿颗粒(该产品)已根据《中药品种保护条例》获批准为中药二级保护品种，公司的全资附属公司广州康臣药业有限公司(广州康臣)获颁《中药保护品种证书》(该证书)，证书号：(2025)国药中保证字第009号。
该产品享有7年国家保护期，并可于进一步申请时重续。于保护期内，其他企业不得仿制该产品。于本公告日期，广州康臣为该产品及该证书的唯一持有人。
董事会认为，有关认可是国家对该产品的支持，将有利于集团未来的长期发展。
