智通财经APP讯，如祺出行(09680)发布公告，自2025年4月30日起，(i)高锐不再担任董事会提名委员会主席及成员，(ii)独立非执行董事李贸祥已获委任为提名委员会主席，及(iii)非执行董事肖艳已获委任为提名委员会成员。于作出上述变动后，提名委员会包括三名成员，即李贸祥(主席)、张君毅及肖艳。
