智通财经APP讯，宇华教育(06169)公布截至2025年2月28日止六个月的中期业绩，收入约12.78亿元，同比增长7.2%;毛利约5.98亿元，同比增长50.5%;经调整公司股权持有人应占纯利4.345亿元，同比增长108.7%;公司股权持有人应占溢利约4.06亿元，同比增长109.98%;每股基本盈利0.11元。
公告称，收入增加主要是由于若干学校的招生人数增加所致。 经调整纯利增加主要是受收入增长;及加强成本管理导致成本及开支减少所推动。
