4月30日，香港交易所披露一季报。2025年一季度，香港交易所收入及其他收益为68.57亿港元，同比上升32%，环比上升7%；股东应占溢利为40.77亿港元，同比上升37%，环比上升8%。一季度收入和其他收益及溢利创历季新高。

　　其中，收入增长主要由于主要业务收入较2024年一季度上升36%，反映现货、衍生产品及商品市场成交量上升，使交易及结算费增加。

　　香港交易所集团行政总裁陈翊庭表示，集团2025年一季度创下历来最佳季度业绩。2024年下半年，全球对投资中国机遇的热情回升，并在人工智能和其他创新发展的推动下持续增强，让市场在2025年依然保持活跃。与此同时，随着中国内地投资者更积极地参与离岸市场，现货市场及衍生产品市场成交量均创下新高。一季度有16个交易日成交量超过3000亿港元，多只期货及期权合约的成交量和未平仓合约张数均创单日新高。

　　陈翊庭表示，一季度香港市场的融资活动持续活跃，突显了香港市场的吸引力，新股市场融资额位列全球前五，并迎来自2021年4月以来融资额最大的两宗再融资发行。二季度以来，新股上市申请数目保持稳健，共有120宗申请正在处理中，巩固了香港交易所作为全球领先新股集资地的地位。

　　“展望未来，我们将继续立足中国的独特优势，扩大与全球市场的联系，优化渠道、平台及产品，确保我们有能力抵御宏观环境波动和把握未来机遇。”陈翊庭说。
