消息面上，OSL集团布推出全新业务部门OSL Pay，致力革新跨境法币与加密货币支付基础设施。此次发布标志着OSL Pay全球业务计划的首阶段启动，首站将凭借意大利现有OAM注册，于欧洲建立营运能力，预计将于第二季度正式推出。此外，公司与复星旗下数字化全球财富管理平台复星财富国际控股建立策略性合作伙伴关系。
OSL集团2024年财报显示，国际财务报告准则收入创历史新高，同比显著增加78.6%至3.747亿港元；公司拥有人应占溢利4765.3万港元，上年同期亏损2.64亿港元；每股基本盈利0.08港元。2024年各业务条线收入同比增速超过70%，归母净利润首次扭亏为盈。
