纷美包装(00468.HK) 公布，致同核数师未能于今年4月30日之前完成对该集团截至去年12月底止年度之全年业绩的审核，该公司需进一步延迟董事会会议；刊发2024年全年业绩的日期及寄发2024年年报的日期。
公告指，纷美包装正与致同咨询及致同核数师密切合作，目标是解决未完成的工作并尽快完成审核2024年全年业绩。截至周三(30日)，考虑到目前的情况，预计2024年全年业绩将于今年6月13日之前刊发。
据上市规则第13.50条，倘若发行人未能根据上市规则规定刊发定期财务资料，联交所一般会要求发行人证券暂停买卖，而暂停买卖一般会持续直至发行人刊发载有所需财务资料的公告为止。纷美包装股份已由今年2月19日起暂停买卖，并将维持暂停买卖，直至该公司公众持股量恢复至至少25%。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
