消息面上，4月16日，心动公司向若干合资格参与者授出15.2万份购股权，行使价为每股30.73港元，有效期为自授出日期起计10年。开源证券指出，黄一孟先生作为公司的核心领导，此次授出购股权不仅体现了公司对其贡献的认可，也进一步绑定了他的个人利益与公司利益，有助于稳定管理层并推动公司战略目标的实现。其他承授人均为公司的全职员工，有助于增强员工的归属感和忠诚度，提高工作积极性和创造力。
该行指出，公司在运营游戏表现良好；储备游戏《伊瑟》5月8日开启国际服测试，年内有望陆续上线国际服与国服，《RO2》有望2026年上线，继续驱动游戏业务增长。此外，TapTap PC版目前正在开发与测试阶段，或助力平台向多端发展，进一步打开成长空间。
