美银证券的研究报告指，建行(00939.HK) 首季业绩符预期，利润及盈利压力应在首季后消除，维持其盈利预测不变，将H股目标价由7.95元升至8.33元，基于资产负债表强劲和股息率(5.6%)吸引，维持“买入”评级。
该行指，建行首季净息差按季跌7个基点至1.41%，此跌幅差过同业，部分因为建行的按揭组合较大以及按揭重新定价的时间表在季内更紧密。另外，建行的不良贷款规模按季升3.9%，其比例按季跌1个基点至1.33%，资产质素稳定。(vc/u)
