智通财经APP讯，保诚(02378)发布2025年第一季度业绩(按固定汇率基准)，第一季度新业务利润按传统内含价值基准较去年增加12%至6.08亿美元。第一季度年度保费等值销售额增加4%至16.77亿美元。 新业务利润率提升2个百分点。
执行总裁华康尧 (Anil Wadhwani) 谈及有关业绩时表示：
“我们持续专注于新业务利润的优质增长，以持续创造可观回报及推动资本的生成。我们亦不断构建及提升服务能力，务求为客户提供更优质的服务，而2025年第一季度强劲的新业务表现，反映这一策略的成效。”
“2025年第一季度新业务利润增长12%，符合我们预期2025年全年度新业务利润增长将超过10%的指引。各个市场在第一季度取得广泛的新业务利润增长，主要得益于业务量增加及利润率改善2个百分点。
“我们在各项业务中加大科技投入和优化运营模式，以持续提升营运效率。我们招募卓越的人才加入保诚，早前已委任蔡强先生负责各市场的代理人销售事务，并出任区域执行总裁，负责马来西亚、印尼及越南的业务。于2025年1月1日至4月23日期间，我们已根据20亿美元股份购回计划完成额外4.42亿美元(4,900万股)的股份回购，于2025年继续为股东创造价值。我们继续评估印度资产管理业务上市的可能性，旨在将所得净收益回馈予股东。
