当地时间4月29日，美国快递运输服务巨头联合包裹运送服务公司宣布将裁员2万人以降低成本。与此同时，雀巢等多家公司宣布下调2025年营收增长预期。有美国媒体表示，特朗普政府滥施关税、引发贸易战的影响正在企业界进一步蔓延。

29日，美国联合包裹运送服务公司宣布由于其最大客户亚马逊公司的业务大幅下滑，该公司计划2025年在全球裁员2万人，并在2025年6月底之前关闭73座租赁和自有建筑。联合包裹运送服务公司首席执行官卡罗尔·托梅在财报电话会议上表示，公司正在采取行动“重新配置”其业务，以应对“不断变化的贸易环境”。托梅表示，当前宏观环境有极大的不确定性，而关税则是一个主要因素。

另有多家主要面向消费者的品牌，如雀巢、亨氏和希尔顿等跨国公司均下调了2025年的全年业绩预期。有媒体评论称，特朗普政府混乱的贸易政策正在严重损害企业制定短期规划的能力。

美加州洛杉矶港预计下周货物量大幅下降

此外，美国加利福尼亚州洛杉矶港口执行董事塞罗卡29日表示，预计下周洛杉矶港接收来自亚洲的货物将下降35%。塞罗卡称，许多美国主要零售商都因为关税而停止从国外进口货物。
