金隅集团一季度亏损减少至12.3亿元 营收同比增31.4%
4月29日，金隅集团(601992)公布2025年一季报，公司营业收入为168.7亿元，同比上升31.4%；归母净利润自去年同期亏损13.1亿元变为亏损12.3亿元，亏损额有所减少；扣非归母净利润自去年同期亏损14.0亿元变为亏损15.3亿元，亏损额进一步扩大；经营现金流净额为-54.31亿元，同比下降10.4%；EPS(全面摊薄)为-0.1156元。
截至一季度末，公司总资产2665.68亿元，较上年度末增长1.0%；归母净资产为705.02亿元，较上年度末下降4.4%。
公司主要从事建筑材料和房地产开发，涵盖水泥、混凝土及相关产品的生产与销售，同时在绿色建材和环保领域也有所布局。报告显示，公司的营业收入同比增长31.42%，反映出其在绿色建材及房地产板块的收入有所增加。
