瑞银发表报告指，建设银行(00939.HK) 首季业绩逊预期，营收与除税后溢利较四大内银下滑幅度更大，预期市场对业绩反应负面。
报告指，建行第一季净利润为834亿元人民币，按年下降4%，低于该行预期，且差过四大内银(除工行外)。营收按年倒退4.8%，同样差过瑞银预期。
另外，瑞银指，建行首季净息差较上季收窄7个基点至1.41%，仍为四大国有内银中最高者。惟首季净息差收缩幅度大过同业，原因在于其房贷业务敞口较大，以及第一季较高比例的房贷重新定价。
