太古地产(01972.HK) 宣布，与泰国地产商City Realty合作发展的泰国无线电路(Wireless Road)豪华公寓项目昨日(29日)进行动工典礼。该项目已于今年首季获得环境影响评估批准施工，预计于2029年竣工。
目位于曼谷中央商业区核心地段，占地12,652平方米，属永久产权地块，将兴建两座别具特色的住宅大楼，分别提供52层共156个单位和71层共239个单位。
太古地产首席执行官彭国邦表示，期待以太地多年来营造社区的经验，以及通过与CityRealty紧密合作，以达至打造地标性住宅项目的共同愿景，双方锐意进一步提升曼谷在全球豪宅市场的地位。(gc/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-04-29 16:25。)
