Lunchables Drag on Kraft Heinz -- Market Talk

Dow Jones
Apr 29, 2025

0939 ET - Food giant Kraft Heinz is still struggling with Lunchables. Sales of the iconic packaged meals have been under pressure for months, with volumes still in decline. Kraft Heinz said it is doubling down on marketing for the brand, investing twice the amount it had been on advertising. It's rolling out better cookies and crackers, and emphasizing the product as a good source of protein, the company said. The Lunchables measures come as Kraft Heinz booked its biggest net sales decline in over a year and lowered its outlook for 2 025. (jesse.newman@wsj.com)
