4月29日晚，中国银河公布2025年第一季度业绩。

公告显示，报告期内，中国银河实现营业收入75.58亿元，同比增长4.77%；实现归母净利润30.16亿元，同比增长84.86%。截至一季度末，中国银河证券总资产为7499.80亿元，同比增长1.70%。

公司表示，报告期内，归属于上市公司股东的净利润增长，主要由于公司财富管理、投资交易、投资银行等业务经营业绩增长。
