旭辉(00884.HK) 公布，间接非全资附属卖方重庆昌卓商务信息咨询及重庆睿昌文企业管理咨询作为卖方，今日(30日)与买方重庆巴通酒店管理订立转让协议，将向其出售项目公司重庆璟恩房地产开发的99.9%及0.1%权益，代价为3.58亿元人民币。
项目公司主要从事房地产开发，并拥有及开发位于中国重庆市巴南区的多幅地皮，开发名为重庆江山青林半的项目。项目由位占地面积约为8.6万平方米，计划开发为住宅，并配套商业设施及停车位，总建筑面积约为16.87万平方米。集团表示，于目标项目的累计投资达约8.11亿元人民币，预期将自交易录得亏损约4.53亿元人民币。
旭辉表示，出售事项将减少财务和管理支出，可将资源重新调配至未来重点发展区域的其他项目，并增加集团的流动性以用于保交付及保经营。(gc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
