消息面上，4月28日，CG Oncology在美国泌尿外科学会年会上公布了溶瘤病毒疗法Cretostimogene(CG0070)单药治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌（NMIBC）三期临床BOND-3的最新数据。受此消息提振，CG Oncology当日股价大涨25%。CG0070已获FDA突破性疗法认证及快速通道资格，其单药疗效显著优于已获批的帕博利珠单抗、基因疗法Adstiladrin等，成为NMIBC治疗的潜在“最佳疗法”（BIC）
据悉，乐普生物从CGOncology许可引进CG0070，获授在中国内地、香港及澳门进行开发、制造和商业化的权利。截至2024年12月31日。公司在中国正进行I期临床试验，并已完成I期患者入组。就CG0070与普佑恒(普特利单抗注射液)的联合疗法而言，工作就治疗BCG无应答NMIBC患者的I期试验获得国家药监局的IND批准。
