Foresight News 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，美国德克萨斯西区地方法院作出终审裁决，认定财政部海外资产控制办公室（OFAC）对 Tornado Cash 的制裁违法，永久禁止对其实施制裁。法院文件显示，尽管 OFAC 已于 2024 年 3 月主动将 Tornado Cash 移出制裁名单，但其仍保留了未来重新制裁的意图。目前 Tornado Cash 两名开发者 Roman Storm 和 Roman Semenov 仍面临美国司法部的刑事指控，后者仍在 OFAC 制裁名单上。该裁决仅针对协议本身，不涉及对开发者的司法程序。
