智通财经APP讯，中国铁建(01186)发布公告，由于德勤华永连续担任公司年度审计机构年限已满八年，根据《国有企业、上市公司选聘会计师事务所管理办法》等有关规定，为更好地保证审计工作的独立性与客观性，并综合考虑公司业务发展情况和整体审计的需要，公司建议变更会计师事务所。
公司于2025年4月29日召开第六届董事会第一次会议审议通过《公司选聘2025年审计中介服务机构的议案》，同意聘任安永华明为公司2025年审计机构，负责公司2025年度的财务决算和内部控制审计等工作。
