美国科技巨头优步（UBER）成为最新一家收紧混合办公政策的企业。据媒体获得的内部备忘录显示，首席执行官达拉·科斯罗萨西（Dara Khosrowshahi）宣布，自6月起全体员工须每周到岗三天（周二至周四），较现行两天的要求提升50%。

　　值得注意的是，此次调整还将波及部分原可完全远程办公的岗位。

　　这份内部文件显示，自2022年起实施的“锚定日”政策（周二、周四强制到岗）将被新规取代。

　　科斯罗萨西在备忘录中强调：“员工需要自我鞭策，公司才能加速发展并承担更明智的风险。”
