智通财经APP讯，中国太保(02601)发布公告，于临时股东大会上，戴和根、郜烈阳、马传景、解国光及钱伟伦获重选为第六届董事会股东代表董事，王俊获委任为第六届董事会股东代表董事。其中戴和根获任执行董事，郜烈阳获任非执行董事，马传景、解国光、钱伟伦及王俊获任独立非执行董事。
第五届董事会独立非执行董事赵立新于公司股东大会选出第六届董事会股东代表董事后退任。
经第六届董事会第一次会议审议通过，戴和根获选举为第六届董事会董事长。
