1139 ET - U.S. credit spreads widened earlier this month as heightened policy uncertainty gripped markets. The added volatility slammed investors' risk calculus, forcing some to pull back from the bond market. As trading calms, more investors will be able to dip their toes back in, a trend that may help spreads tighten again, Bank of America analyst Yuri Seliger writes to clients.
