【环球财经】美国联合包裹运送服务公司宣布大规模裁员
新华财经纽约4月29日电（记者刘亚南）美国快递巨头联合包裹运送服务公司（United Parcel Service）29日宣布，今年将启动该公司历史上最大规模网路重构，通过裁员和关闭运营机构等方式降低支出成本，以提高美国国内业务盈利能力。
根据联合包裹运送服务公司公布的计划，该公司今年将减少大约2万个运营岗位，约占其员工总人数的4%。在到6月底的第一阶段，计划关闭73个租用和自有业务网点。
联合包裹运送服务公司表示，此次业务重构与亚马逊公司业务量减少相匹配，将减少35亿美元成本支出。今年1月，联合包裹运送服务公司宣布与亚马逊达成原则性协议，到2026年下半年将把亚马逊业务量减少超50%。
联合包裹运送服务公司当日早间发布的业绩报告显示，该公司在今年一季度实现营业收入215.46亿美元，同比下降0.7%。一季度净利润为11.87亿美元，同比增长6.6%。
该公司表示，在宏观环境有更多确定性之前，将不会对此前发布的全年业绩指引进行更新。考虑到关税和小额包裹关税豁免政策变化，从中国到美国的快递业务需求预计将走弱，预计今年二季度营业收入约为210亿美元，美国国内日均包裹投递量（ADV）将同比下降9%，国内和国际业务营业收入预计均同比小幅下降。
